Connlight Co., Ltd. offers fiber optic communication products, including but not limited to transceivers, DAC/AOC cables, fiber patch cords, WDM solutions, and switches.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without prior notice.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Customs
All prices and shipping charges shown on the website are net prices and do not include VAT, import taxes, or customs duties in the destination country.
As the importer, the customer is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is returned, held, or destroyed because the customer refuses to pay import duties or cooperate with customs clearance, the customer shall be responsible for all related costs. Such costs may be deducted from any refund.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Connlight Co., Ltd. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, customs inspections, force majeure events, or third-party carriers.
Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched.
Any order marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system shall be considered successfully delivered.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
8. Returns and Warranty
For standard stock products, customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are not completely satisfied.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, including accessories, manuals, and packing materials, and must be suitable for resale.
Customized products, special-order items, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law.
