Return & Refund Policy
We offer a standard 30-day return and exchange window for standard products (including transceivers, DACs, AOCs, media converters, switches, and CWDM/DWDM MUX/DEMUXs).
Key Policy Conditions
- The 30-Day Limit: We cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since the order was shipped.
- Custom Products: Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be in resalable condition and free of any physical damage.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact your sales representative.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items with defects not caused by manufacturing issues (shipping fees will not be refunded).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact your sales representative or email us at [email protected].
Return Shipping
Please return the product to the address provided by our team.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to non-manufacturing issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
- Delivery Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Tracking & Insurance: If you are shipping high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
