The 400G QSFP-DD ER4 optical transceiver supports transmission distances of up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) via a duplex LC connector. It is compliant with QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3bs, and 400GAUI-8 standards. The module transmits 400 Gigabit Ethernet signals over 4 LWDM optical wavelengths, with wavelength multiplexing and demultiplexing integrated within the transceiver.
