How to place an order?

You can place an order in one of two ways:

• Buy from online store: connlight.com is an online store where you can place orders and pay directly.

• Buy from our sales: You can get in touch with our sales representative by send a email to info@connlight.com and place order directly from sales, especially when you have some customized needs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping policy for orders over $99.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use mainstream shipping service providers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS. If you have any needs about shipping, you can leave a note in the order or contact us.

Do I need to pay taxes or duties on my purchases?

This depends on the customs policy of the country where the goods are delivered. The customs and tax policies of each country vary greatly. The customs clearance fee is borne by the buyer. Please refer to the local customs policy.

What payment methods can I use?

We accepte T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, West Union. Usually we recommend payment by T/T or PayPal.

What is your warranty terms?

We offer a standard 30-day return and refund policy. The product warranty period is 1 to 5 years.

Can i get the sample from you? What is your MOQ?

We welcome sample order to test and check quality.
For small quantity, samples are free, buyer only need to burden the delivery cost.
For large quantity sample order, you need to pay the sample fee first, we will make a discount according to the sample fee when the order is confirmed.

Do you have distributors in other countries?

We are based in Shenzhen, China, and all of our products will be shipped from China.

Do you support OEM/ODM orders?

Yes, we can provide customized services, such as customized label and package, use your own LOGO. You can confirm the details with the sales representative.
